Your health is your responsibility. St. Helens Council and Go Active are dedicated to helping you take every opportunity to enjoy the facilities that we offer. With this in mind, we have carefully considered what we can reasonably expect of each other.

If you know or are concerned that you may have a medical condition which may interfere with you exercising safely, before you proceed with your membership application,you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice. The following pages will allow you to sign up for a membership online.

! At the end of this process you will be provided with a reference number that you will need to bring along to reception to finalise your application.

You will need the following available to complete this application:
     Your contact details, including an email address and at least one telephone number.
     A credit or debit card in order to make initial payments.
     Your bank account details if you are taking a direct debit membership.
     Details of any health issues that may be relevant to your application.
